Our Philosophy: We train owners as well as dogs. The X factor in our training is not the dogs, it is the owners. Give your dog 15 minutes a day, and we will give you the skills to take control to enjoy the happiest pet-owner relationship.
Training
Obedience training helps you to better communicate with your canine companions while strengthening your bond. Our balanced training program uses humane techniques that combine rules and regulations for your dog with praise and reward to create a balanced dog.
Behavior Control: Who’s Walking Who? Dog Training addresses annoying issues such as nuisance barking, jumping up, not responding when called, pulling on the leash, chewing, door bolting, and getting on the furniture. Our trainers will teach you how to train your dog to respond to your commands around real-world distractions. Most of our clients achieve off-leash control around distractions in as little as four weeks.
Personalized Training: Our programs begin with private training sessions and then continue with unlimited group polishing classes where you and your dog learn to deal with real-world distractions.
- Private, in-home lessons allow us to design a training regime specific to your dog. These private sessions help us learn what you and your dog need in an atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Group polishing classes give you an opportunity to take the knowledge you’ve learned and apply it to real-world situations. These classes are held at local dog parks and beaches (for our San Diego clients) and are unlimited for the life of the dog.
Board and Train: This program works well for owners whose schedules allow for limited attendance in our group polishing sessions or for owners whose physical limitations keep them from working with their dogs. Owners will be required to attend follow up lessons to learn how to handle their newly trained companion.
